Day 4 ride now over, with the 840metre pass now just a memory. We set off early at 7.30 with a quick 20k to the start of the climb followed by a not so quick 20k climb. Climbing through mist at the start but broke into clear blue sky and sunshine before the top. On the other side of the range we headed inland with the temps rising rapidly. Sitting here in our hotel in air-conditioned comfort with my faithful beer in hand, it is 38c outside. Happy to be resting as some soreness settling in. Emu steaks for lunch today at the safari emu farm. Boys generally traveling well together although some frustration between the photo and enjoy faction and the let's bag it at max speed faction. I'll leave it to you followers to decide who fits where.
Have been having trouble with this blog, so sorry about the scarcity of posts
