I am looking forward to seeing if I ride faster without an appendix and with three weeks of tapering. See you at the airport tomorrow, Alan Appendix

    Why stop at appendix? Maybe you should have taken the opportunity to divest yourself of other unneeded appendages to help streamline your body!
